31st December 2011 - Website updated with more content (various scripts added).
30th December 2011 - Added sample chapters of Next Best Prophecy and Random Moments to the Unpublished Books page of this website.
28th December 2011 - Ordinary Monsters (crime novel) released as a Kindle version.
7th December 2011 - Dating by the Book (90 minute farce) submitted for "Theatre in Practice: Level 5".
7th December 2011 - The Squirrel, the Bear and the Blonde (20 minute short film) submitted for "Script and Screenwriting: Level 5".
3rd & 7th December 2011 - T4-2 (10 minute play - 2-hander) performed by Liz Bishop and ????, and Holding On (10 minute play - 2-hander) performed by Laura Boon and ???? at Port Mahon as part of the Fairy Dust Arts night.
19th November 2011 - Holding On (10 minute play - 2-hander) performed Script-in-Hand by Alan Wight and Carl Tomlinson at the Steeple Aston Village Hall.
16th November 2011 - Being Dead (10 minute play - 3-hander) performed Script-in-Hand by Rio Fanning, Richard Ward, and Hester Lott at the Friends Meeting House, Oxford.
12th November 2011 - Man with a Plan (7 minute monologue) performed by Alex Babic at the Ovation Theatre Awards in Halifax. The play was awarded Best New Writing (from a group of 12 finalists) and Alex was given an Honorary Mention as Best Actor. More details can be found on the Awards Page!
26th September 2011 - Enrolled for the second year of Writing for Performance (Foundation Degree) at Ruskin College in Oxford (two year course to conclude in June 2012).
30th August 2011 - Received a "Pass" mark for the first year of the Ruskin Writing for Performance foundation degree. An interesting first year!
18th March 2011 - Two short stories, Gratitude & The Lacemaker, both based on an emotional reaction to art work seen in the Ashmolean Museum. Submitted for "The Quest for Originality: Literary History and Theory for Performance Writers".
18th March 2011 - The Last Summer (20 minute 'Theatre in Education play - 3-hander) submitted for "Theatre in Practice: Level 4".
2010
15th December 2010 - Flash (10 minute film script) submitted for "Script and Screenwriting: Level 4".
15th December 2010 - Power-Up (15 minute audio comedy - first part in a planned series) submitted for "Introduction to Writing for Performance".
17th November 2010 - Man with a Plan (10 minute monologue) performed Script-in-Hand by Alex Basic at the Friends Meeting House, Oxford.
11th October 2010 - Enrolled on the Writing for Performance Foundation Degree course at Ruskin College in Oxford (two year course to conclude in June 2012). An exciting list of tutors are promised on their website!
17th August 2010 - Attended Edinburgh Theatre Fringe Festival for the first time - Reviews can be found on the archive section of my Blog.
13th August 2010 - Received a "Pass" mark for CertHE English Studies from Ruskin College Oxford.
6th August 2010 - Updated website to Back-in-Black look.

4 November 2009 - Two Poems performed at the Ruskin Open Mic night (She is the One! & Monster Mine)
31 October 2009 - Dream On (60 minute audio play) released by The Wireless Theatre Company as a free MP3.
26 October 2009 - Reasons to Rhyme (30 minute one-act play) performed Script-in-Hand at the Half Moon pub in Herne Hill, London.
14 July 2009 - The Surprise (10 minute play) performed Script-in-Hand in the circle bar of the Oxford Playhouse.

2007
19th April - 21st April 2007 - Circles of Truth (20 minute one act play) was awarded a place and performed by Ken Torbet and Elliott Lawrence at the Queen Mother Theatre, Hitchin. Part of the One Act Play Festival playwright competition. A recording of this event is available on YouTube.
